I'm doing 3x 1hr walks per day and 620 core reps, I'm noticing the difference so damn much!
I am eating carbs for lunch too. I made Tuscan shrimp pasta
so im up to 260 ab crunches and 3 walks, but my diet has been inconsistent
like yesterday i smashed a chicken burger and fries, the other day had some dope noodles..
been a great week off, started my design project and learning a lot
been getting out more too, 3 walks a day 7 days and 235 ab crunches 5 days in a row with my diet I am seeing a difference.
spring is here winter is finally over, hope this virus fucks off
