I've been visiting these boards for like a decade, bur rarely post. Up until maybe a few years ago it was always multiple threads poppin, on each board (Bay, So Cal, Sac, etc). Now it's like a ghost town in here. The main page has a lot of content, but the boards are dead. This was always the spot where I came to keep up with new music & follow my favorite artists. And now...???

probably due to 1 or more of these factors:
- people getting older and moving on
- bay area rap scene is way quieter than it was
- message boards are an outdated form of online communication
- replaced by instagram/twitter/facebook/whatever the current thing it
- current hip-hop in general being mostly trash
- lots of sicc members being criminals/junkies could be dead or in prison
