Got a tremendous workout on my back and triceps; warm up sets, then max sets, then high volume low weight sets to pump blood... took a hydration break and drank some milk and egg whites then tried to do chest and shoulders and bailed out because of cramps and it just not feeling quite right. An awkward pinch in the shoulder and back and oblique cramping. Didnt want to risk anything... going to try and get 11-13 hours sleep today, rest day tomorrow, then Monday morning should be very extraordinary
