I'm going to try to do 5 sets of 10-15 of each of these: wide grip lat pull downs, one arm dumbbell rows, standing dumbbell upright row, seated dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell side lateral raises, reverse dumbbell flyes, flatbench db chest press, flatbench db chest flyes, hammer curls, db 21's, tricep push downs
I hope it kills me tbh lol... I want to push it hard and suffer. I'm trying to psych myself up. I want to get to that breaking point where it burns way too much and I'm totally exhausted and give up completely... then keep going anyway.
