I was going to do some shoulder and back stuff but I already annihilated those and triceps yesterday. I think itd be best to just try and sleep 9-11 hours and do more tomorrow rather than push it while I'm already exhausted and I think I did enough. I'm not competing for mr Olympia lol I just want a fit borderline jacked frame without injury
