Man arrested more than 300 times lands back in jail

Richard Powell, 57, was arrested for the 344th time, this time for violating an order that says he's banned from south Miami Beach, and yelling in the middle of the street. WPLG reports Powell was also carrying a beer and had marijuana stuffed in his shoes.

Arizona Lawmakers Seek $177,000 For Signs To Get Out Of Fast Lane | KJZZ

This is the dumbest shit ever and any lawmaker attached to this should be recalled. The reason why the lane is always slow is because it is right next to carpool lane (we don't have toll lanes, yet) and people are either trying to get into car pool lane, get out of carpool lane, or drive on to their destination in this lane.
