He purchased the KOS K-OTIC Press Advance Promo CD from me last month. Claims the CD does not play on any of his CD players. Even though I know it plays perfectly well I want to make sure at the end, everyone who buys from me are 100% satisfied. I accepted the return via Ebay's return policy program. I even paid for the return shipping label and acknowledged to issue a full refund once the original item is received. Ebay's return policy for the buyer is to ship with tracking. I received the package but inside was a empty jewel case. Its very pitiful and immoral from this buyer. The total transaction was $30 plus whatever import fees was accrued. This person has bought from me before and was his very first seller to buy from ever since he had his account 2013. I know he had other Ebay accounts before years ago but I know this is his current one. I told him we're too old for this and why he did that. He said I was a liar and issue him a refund. I called Ebay to appeal but the rep said that they can't do anything because he provided tracking. I uploaded a picture of the empty jewel case and package. What's very sly is after I uploaded the picture, he counter uploaded a picture with the CD and package next to each other. Ebay favored the buyer and therefore I'm stuck with zilch and he gets his money back. Its scandalous and a pity peeps like this are making idiotic decisions.

If you look into the earlier threads of the blocked bidder list, he has numerous issues with several other sellers here and on Ebay.

Check my previous encounter that i had with him, i posted it not too long ago and exposed all of his personal information in regards to all of his other eBay accounts that he's used to scam sellers.

He filed a "not as describe" claim and return an empty jewel case and stole his rare $100 "Compton Blockz" CD. He's opening a police report on him since he also lives in France. What a fucking bastard SMH.

I was just coming in here to say the exact same thing. I bought one of those One Gud Cide CDs and then he emails me saying it's a CD-R and asking if I still wanted it. I said no, I'm not supporting your bootlegging. Besides, I can do the exact same thing at home if I really wanted to. I reported it to Ebay, but I don't know if they actually do anything.

LOL i'm laughing all the way to the bank with this one, THIS FOOL LOST THE CASE hahaha

I made 3 phones calls to ebay, explaining what he did, eBay told me to message him and to attach those photos with the message just so that they can verify what he had return back. They saw that my CD arrived in a different condition and they closed the case in my favor. They said they were going to investigate him, plus i reported the other 3 eBay accounts that he had. Now he's in big trouble.

What a dumbass, he paid for return shipping out of his own pocket just to get a measly $9.99 back for a CD that i paid $1 dollar for lol
It was well worth it for me, i just can't let this fool continue to scam innocent sellers. I hope he gets banned for good...

Yeah, a big record label or the artist himself are the only people capable of filing a copyright claim on em. I know this because like 5 years ago when i stated selling on eBay i only got one copyrighted claim open on me for one of my eBay CD's that i was selling and it was a legit factory sealed CD called "Mob Wit Me" by Sylk Smoov and Sylk Smoov himself reported me because he's the only who owns the rights to it plus his record label CatAction Muzik who published it as well. That's why you don't see anything self pressed by CatAction Muzik being sold on eBay, which i respect, but it only makes sense if it's fake copies like the ones that sionescu1995 is selling.

And I like how his response to my feedback was that I asked no questions. Like I'm going to ask every seller about every item I purchase whether it's a legit copy or a knock-off. The general assumption is that most sellers are decent and honest people.
