As a consumer I won't listen to either and certainly not spending any money. I listen to talented artists.

And then some average looking dude with a beer belly comes in talkin bout he's gonna tear it up on the court, wearing a headband, basketball shorts, a knee brace, $250 sneakers, and he's thinking he can play and compete, thinking as long as he tries hard he'll have a good game. Only for him to get absolutely thrashed when the game goes down. . No matter how hard the guy is trying it just doesn't matter since he lacks talent. You are that guy man. You got the sweat band on your head, basketball shorts and some Jordan's but that doesn't make you a good ball player. It doesn't matter if you practice on your jump shot 6 hours a day for the last decade, at the end of the day the talent is either there or it isn't.

Like you, growing up I had the exact same ideas towards making music. Honestly, I swear to God, (And you know how much that means to me) I never once in my entire life thought about becoming a musician let alone a rapper until the age of 19. After I did my 1st song with the pack, then literally 8-12 weeks later they are fucking famous.

Trust me everything your saying becomes zero when that happens. When you see cats you know for a fact are no different than you doing the "impossible" right in your face! Changed my life. I said, shoot, if they can do it, I can! They literally no different than me. That was it man. By the way I thought no way in a ZILLION years the Cataracs would become successful when they started. That taught me a huge lesson. Them dudes went Triple platinum on me and had the #1 song in the country (Like a G6). The reason I thought that, 1 of the dudes in the group is a twin, him and his twin brother used to RUN from me after school in middle school and I didn't even know who the fuck they are. Then I find out they liked my sister and used to tease her or some shit and were scared I'd beat them up or something. LMFAO When I heard they were making RAP! I almost fell over laughing! LOL!!! Well whos laughing now. Never underestimate anyone.

Everyone has their own opinion of music but that doesn't mean anything. There's an audience for everything even the wackest artist! Lol Some people like wack shit! Trust me man. I got this. It's not basketball. My crown Is dope! rick ross used my whole mixtape concept for his last album off a mixtape i did in 2013. So cmon man. I'm just not getting my due credit, doesnt' mean I'm not dope. Im changing the game as we know it. You'll see

I'ma tell you how I know Im talented too.

1. I have a gift where I can remember song lyrics hella good. Back in the day I was in college @ Chico State at the age of 18 (for 6 months (before rap, thinking im going into business, lmfao)). I used to be cool with this dude who was from Mendecino County who used to think he knew more mac dre than me. I was a big fan of mac dre, but this dude made me mad how he think he know more mac dre shit than me. Because he not from the bay. He pissed me off because he never lived this bay area life lol. So I started going HAM on mac dre music. like REALLY started listening to his shit every day all day. (Right before he passed away RIP MAC DRE). We would literally have rap battles in the middle of the hallway hella loud trying to spit more mac dre lyrics than each other lol. I reazlied from that, I can literally recite most songs word for word off the top of my head without much effort. I can learn the lyrics quick. Now my mind is kinda hazy so I can't say that as much. But I still have that gift. It's more a gift than a talent but its something God gave me for music I guess to be lyrical. I still have so many mac dre verses embedded in my mind from that but that goes for so many bay area rap songs. I just don't listen to much of other peoples music no more since I became a rapper but I can still pull from the memory banks verses that are 15 years old and hit them word for word in some cases. (And these will be songs I aint listened to in yeaaaarrrsss)

2. I've always been smarter than almost everyone around me. In school I used to play dumb because I would be embarassed about being smart. I was so good at it people (idiots) thought I was actually dumb and started picking on me for that lmao, but I just played along with that because I thought acting dumb was being cool. It never bothered me because I am actually smart and always have been. If i feel like everyone around me is dumber than me. I never wanted to rub that in. I always been humble, if I'm doing better than someone I don't like to make them feel like that. I prefer to bring other people up, instead of shit on them. But now I dont give a fuck. I'm smart. I guess thats a gift but I've always been very literate in reading and writing. I scored high on the SAT and thats how I got into a good college initially. I just had no motivation to actually pursue higher education because I had no purpose for that, I honestly was not motivated (at that point) because I didn't know what I wanted to do. (Now I do)

3. I'm computer literate. I have always used computers to get ahead. Music is largely digital now. Back when napster came out I was in middle school. I was one of the first people at my school with napster, and a cd burner to be able to burn my own mix cds. By 8th / 9th grade it became a side hustle. By 10th grade I'd make decent money burning cds for people at school. Half the class would pay me by the time we get to lunch. Lol. Selling music been a hustle for me for a long time, and I always used a computer to be able to do it. Thats a talent.

4. I know what sounds good. I'm able to call it before it hits more times than not. I called it with the pack. I knew they had it. Then they blew up big time. I've called it with many other people I know and artists who i didn't know who blew up big. I'm usually one of the first supporters of artists. I remember when I was telling everyone about the jacka and nobody was feeling me. Years later all they listen to is jacka and they telling me how I put them on. Thats a talent I have an ear for music

Oh yeah. Heres another one. I visualize music. I see music as a color when I hear it. Weird... But a talent / gift.

But the most of all. Its hard work and not giving up.

Everybody thinks they have talent. Doesn't mean they do. So this paragraph is basically a bunch of nonsense. Just because you can remember lyrics real good (which a shit load of non-rapping hip-hop nerds can do by heart), are good at school (which has no bearing on rap capabilities), are computer literate like every millennial in the fucken world or have good taste in music like a lot of people are (I've put on people to a lot of dope rappers including The Jacka, doesn't mean i'm going to be the best rapper ever) Doesn't mean that you have talent. It just means you a nerdy rap fan that has good taste in music that can recite other peoples music.

I can't believe I am somewhat siding with Malki......he may not be talented at rapping, but he is good at making music, I have to give him some credit there. I haven't heard enough of his compositions to claim how talented he is, but he had quite a few beats that I heard I liked. His rapping and corny online presence though is what will prevent me from listening to more of his music or supporting it. If you want to be taken seriously in business then the impression matters.
