I saw this move called the discovery about how some dude found out there's life afterlife so everyone starts committing suicide. but in the first 5 mins they talk about finding new planes of life and all this other shit. then they say "that's a big pill to swollow" and dude replies with "So was the earth being a ball but we got over that". I've been looking for scholarly articles on flat earth and I can't find anything. I found 1 that's been cited four times but it's mostly about arithmetic and how spheres are bounding and finite.
