Agreed. Bay music is declining and losing its originality and substance. All the new bay artists are trying to sound like chicago rappers and mumble rappers.
Being a fan of HD i picked up that new "hard work" album the other day and its garbage. Skipped every song and regretted buying it.

I keep finding myself buying classic bay music now. It will never be the same and neither will the bay area. We can thank gentrification for that as a whole.
