I'm pleasantly surprised. This album is pretty good. It was just a bad choice of singles.

This is a very dope album. It has a consistent growing up and hustling in the late 80s and 90s theme throughout the album. The production has a retro 90s feel to it, and Yuk definitely brought back the story telling. You can tell he put a lot of thought and effort into this project. If you're stuck in the 90s like me, you'll love this album.

It is a very solid album. He really brought back the storytelling rap from his Thugged Out days. I really like the first half especially. The DJ Fresh tracks are standouts. Not such a fan of The Mekanix production on this project - the beats for the Young Noble/TQ featured track and "Ill" are just too similar to the original Mobb Deep and Nas tracks respectively.

I kinda dig it. It brings it back to the 90s for me and it sounds on purpose. Plus the beats came out clean. He also brought back pooh-man like it's 93 lol. My .02 cents

I agree, I think the 90s samples really contributed to the concept of the album.
