Decided to have some heated food for lunch, but still keep it small calorie. Made a can of this mixed with a can of organic corn. 630 calories total, but I'm only eating half now and the other half later.
315 calories for lunch. Had 350 for breakfast. Gonna finish up this rice and beans/corn for dinner with just a little bit of hummus/veggies for around 500 calories.
Shall be under 1200 for the day. Living this Butcher life.
