was he one of those people who smoke hella cigarettes and can barely handle it and just coughs and coughs? i never really understood that

one of my friends will cough for literally almost a minute straight and says he goes numb and is barely conscious im like man what the fuck, you're going to fucking die man lol

I dunno. I talked to dude this mornin and he said he barley made it back driving home and almost crashed hella times.

Im gonna clown that dude everytime i see him.
