I'm no hipster. And how can you possibly imply that cassettes are not still commonplace, when they're becoming increasing prominent again. Apathy released his new album on cassette, and the following albums have been reissued on cassette within the past couple years:
Boogie Down Productions - Criminal Minded
Jungle Brothers - Straight Out The Jungle
GZA - Liquid Swords
Public Enemy - It Takes A Nation Of Millions...
Eazy-E - Eazy-Duz-It
N.W.A. - Straight Outta Compton
Kool Keith - Dr Octopus
and many many more
And I also use this gear to digitize music only ever released on cassette. I have several tape-only album releases, and also several albums with tape-only bonus tracks (e.g. Sex Packets, Ridin Dirty, Walking With A Panther, etc.)
God damn man. It's all good, im not even worried about it. I think 170 / 165ish is my "natural weight", and losing more weight at this point is ridiculous. i need to focus on pull-ups / situps / pushups / body weight exercise and get toned is what i really need to be doing, and eating good whole foods, instead of living this existence where food is my enemy
Also need to switch back to getting medicated and stop binge drinking
its funny though that something as simple as alcohol and a lot of flour carbs can swell you up that extreme though. wonder how many of these people who are going on "no-carb" diets and lose like 10 pounds over a month actually think they lost some weight. they're flat, that's all it is; their muscles don't have glycogen and they're not holding water. its no wonder they'll eat a whole pizza as a cheat meal and immediately gain like 10 pounds they probably never actually lost weight to begin wtih
no carb diets are bullshit im trying to convince one of my friends who's on one that it's just the lower calorie intake thats making him lose weight but he's lost like 30 pounds so far and legitimately thinks is because of no carbs; i see him leaning towards lower calorie foods though and not eating out as much and thats where the difference probably is; that and the 10-15 pounds of glycogen and water weight
I went from 255 at the beginning of summer, now down to 188. Pretty much did it by not eating. 6 days a week i eat pretty much nothing but strawberries. Hit the gym 5-6 days a week and I've put on a lot of muscle and strength. Also went from like a size 38 pant now down to a 31. It's awesome except for the fact that almost all of my clothes are way too baggy. Still better than being overweight and uncomfortable.
