usually those rockstars with sugar have me feeling like im hungover / got beat up after like 30 minutes after drinking them but the sugarfree ones are cool. and taurine actually tranquilizes you and makes you feel super chill its to counteract too much caffeine i thought it was for energy until i ordered the actual supplement pure taurine and that shit was like a tranquilizer
