Damn I'm so hungry lol it's my own fault too. I know for a fact sugar and simple carbs trigger ridiculous rebound hunger later on, yet what do i do? Go to Wendy's AND eat ice chocolate vanilla cookie dough fudge brownie ice cream yesterday. Now I'm sitting here miserable stomach grumbling can't stop thinking about food. It's insanity; repeating the same destructive behavior expecting different outcomes
Luckily I'm down to $1.20 otherwise tonight would've been a Wendy's double cheeseburger combo night
