I got leg day tonight also.
Legs shall be destroyed.
Worst thing about leg day is I do cardio for 30-45 minutes every day before lifting and I hate cardio time the day after leg day lol
I just managed to get through it with this fucking virus. Viruses are NOT hyphy. I'm no hyphy expert, but I can say that having a virus is all the way out and def not hyphy.
I usually do a 20 min walk on the treadmill before I do leg day. Quads are getting destroyed so I only need to warm them up. I skipped cardio today, hardly any energy.
What type of plan you gym eses on? I do a 3 day split
Day 1: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 2: Biceps, back, abs
Day 3: Calves, hamstrings, quads
Rest Day
Repeat
Cardio every day 7 days a week.
6 day split. Cardio 6 days a week.
Monday - Legs / Abs - 20min cardio
Tuesday - Chest - 30 min cardio
Wednesday - Back / Abs - 20 min cardio
Thursday - Cardio 1 hour run
Friday - Shoulders / Abs - 20 min cardio
Saturday - Arms - 30 min cardio
Sunday - Rest
