I tried that a couple months ago, ate nothing but salads like that for like 4 days straight, on the last day my body quit digesting all of the leafy greens, spent like 4 hours throwing it all up.
Read about it later and I guess some people's bodies need a break from the insoluble fiber in leafy greens cause that shit is hard as fuck to digest. My body basically rejected that shit lol

When I was in Iraq trying to get light and cut for a half marathon I went raw vegan for almost 2 months. Ate nothing but salads that consisted of vegetables and kidney beans, the only lettuce we had out there was iceberg so I never put that shit in there. Pure raw veggies and a hand full of mixed nuts twice a day, that's all I consumed for 2 months lol shit was rough.

I was planning on keeping up that raw vegan life when I was out there, was shredded and never ran better, but they sent me back home on my 15 days of leave. Fucked it all up lol Came back to the states and was drinking beer and eating burgers all day every day. When I got back to Iraq just went back to a normal diet. Was still in great shape, but nothing like I was when I was living that raw salad life.
You're thinking of soy. You still have to eat a ton of soy every single day to even raise your estrogen levels by a tiny amount though. Beans have so little phytoestrogens you would have to eat pounds of them to raise your estrogen levels.
