Actually that'd probably be an absolute nightmare lol. No way it'd work. It'd just be a Tragedy of the Commons, with lots of petty malicious behavior too
Don't fucking die man.... I'd bring like a gallon jug of water with emergen-c packets added into it if i were you, even if it was "only" like, 85
I don't mean to tell you anything though i guarantee you have a much better grasp on things like that from actual experience too. From training in the past / the middle east etc.

When I was in shape heat was nothing. Iraq was worse than Phoenix. It would be 120 and sometimes if there would be an attack they would keep the bases red status and we would have to be in body armor all day long. One day I lost 13lbs. working outside in 120 in full body armor lol
Heat never effected me at all back then. Once I got out of shape heat started to fuck with me a little bit, but not bad enough to not do stuff.
The only time I really bitch about the heat here is when I get in to my car for the first couple of minutes before the air conditioner really kicks in lol Cars probably get to like 130 in the heat.
Yeah truthfully i get used to heat really fast, and even like it, even more so now. I only really bitch about the heat and exaggerate about it because of the graveyard vampire life walking around while it's cold / cool and then having to sleep when it's hot, with no AC and in an upper floor apartment with thin walls. So basically it's hotter inside than outside plus your bed temp is 5-10 hotter.

One thing you don't gotta worry about here is no AC. There's AC every where. Even the shitiest apartments in the worst neighborhoods are required to have AC lol
There's a tenant rights state law that says AC is an essential need lol
It's definitely a luxury here and for good reason. You might legit need it like 2weeks to 1month at most. My AC in my car went out like 4 years ago I haven't bothered to fix it on multiple occasions even when I've had the money to do it. Rolling down a window or opening your windows at home and maybe turning on a fan is good enough
Also most buildings here are balloon construction. I think in AZ there's different roof requirements and wall requirements as well which is why everything has those brick New Mexico style roofs and concrete walls

Mine was $33 last month. Haven't opened it this month but I'm guessing it'll be $25-30. I'm weird though I keep all the lights in my apartment off. Majority of my bill comes from the oven the rest from my TV / computer
When i lived with my sister that shit would get up to $150-200 a month shit was annoying as fuck. She was constantly leaving the lights / tv on and always washing and drying small loads of laundry like two things at a time. Now I'm mildly annoyed about it again damnit... Shit is never 50/50 living with someone else. Oh well.
I'm not trying to brag or talk shit, just think it's funny how i haven't used my heat and haven't been gaming much but the bill stayed the same anyway. They're constantly adjusting how much they charge. I bet even if i didn't step foot in my apartment a whole month it'd still somehow be $25-30 lol
