You know most of those nitrate free meats havemore nitrates than just regular stuff right? Its just a term they use kind of like All Natural. Nitrate free just means they don't add additional nitrates after the initial processing
sodium nitrates are basically a salt preservative they add to make the shit have a longer self life, when ingested they break down in to a nasty chemical in your body
natural nitrates found in meat and some vegetables aren't the same thing, the vitamin C found in natural nitrates squash the negative effect that happens when they break down in your body, that vitamin C squash doesn't happen in the artificially added sodium nitrates used to preserve meat

That is 100% true. That's exactly what I did; sorry for discarding your opinion and editing it into my own so that I could agree with myself. I valued it, and if you want to appreciate and support milk that's your choice and I have no problem with it
If you use a tiny bowl and tiny spoon and small amounts of cereal and milk, you get done and you're full, you trick yourself. If you put the same small amount of cereal and milk in a huge bowl then it only feels like a couple bites and you want way more; your brain is greedy and retarded you gotta trick it sometimes. Your brain wants you to pack on as much weight as possible 24/7. No cesolito if applicable
I try and put calorie dense stuff like steak or pork or chicken on small plates so they fill up the entire plate. But like a salad with just a tiny amount of dressing ill put that shit in a serving bowl like mountainous piles of salad
