One time I walked up on some junkies shooting up on the ledge of the wall for the mailboxes in front of my place at 2am when I was coming home from work. Then as I was going up the stairwell a cop pulled up and shook them all down. He let them go but not before yelling something about shooting up in the alley way outta sight like junkies should or something but I really couldn't hear it too well I was up in my spot by that time listening out the window lol Was pretty amusing.
