Even Cespedes was a terrible mistake. Gave away the guy that basically protected the line up in the middle of a pennant race.

Donaldson was set to get 12-15 mill a year in arbitration, so we traded him for the Barreto, the #22 prsopect in baseball and others.

Cespedes was batting .223 with 12 bombs and refused to play centerfield, the position we signed him for when we traded him. not exactly great protection. Moss is the one who went in the tank.

Donaldson was worth 12-15 mill a year. Dude won the MVP right after leaving and is looking like he's on his way to win another this year. Meanwhile Brett Lawrie is now playing for the White Sox a year later.

Where'd you get those numbers on Cespedes? He was hitting .275 with 14 bombs at the all star break and made the All-Star team, he was traded like 2 weeks later. Finished the season .260 with 22. The moment he left our line up tanked, we couldn't hit for shit. In 2015 he hit .291 with 35 HR's.

I'm staying the course, I ain't going anywhere, but watching us tank seasons because Lew don't want to pay anybody is getting annoying.
