ughh

i mean, maybe if i knew what the ingredients were and they looked a lot better than that after they got done cooking

but just some soggy wings cooked in a pan? id rather oven bake them or fry them tbh fam

Fired up the smoker today for some ribs, I did two racks with sauce and one Memphis style with just dry rub and a apple cider mop and then used the Texas crutch (butter,brown sugar and honey wrapped in foil) for the last hour. They came out super tender and were promptly devoured.

I thought the texas crutch was just wrapping it in foil and wrapping it in a thick towel then putting it in a cooler for an hour?

But fuck yeah man... You know BBQ for sure, those are some serious ribs right there and im jealous
