yeah fuck that shit man i cant see myself ever just saying fuck it and eating wahtever i want for sustained amount of times on end and just giving up man fuck all that shit

i kinda flirt with it to seewhere im at but fuck that

definitely need some kind of exercise plan though pretty soon thatll make it so much easier to maintain

that pink himalayan salt is really good i miss it, i had a little thing of it then ran out but havent grabbed any need to grab some more. it has more of like a little mineral taste to it that makes it beter plus you partially eat with your eyes too

ground Himalayan salt and organic ground black pepper is all I can fuck with. I been addicted to this organic ground pepper for the last few months I found at Fry's, put that shit on everything lol

best pepper i found was penzeys, but it was super expensive and i was like "well maybe i can find better" and bought that malabar pepepr as costcos kirkland brand. it was alright but not anywhere near as good might go back to penzeys or buy kirkland
