Genesis 1:29 Sprouted Whole Grain and Seed Bread | Food For Life

they have a whole section in trader joes with these sprout breads. theyre kinda weird you have to keep them refrigerated and it doenst really taste like bread but i really liked it. i bet a lot of people would hate it though

Maybe I can try to buy some online, I'd eat them even though if I wouldn't like them. Sprouts are really high in nutrition density so for me the advantages outweigh flavour and in time you can learn to acquire the taste anyway
