Man thank god i was here at work tonight.... THREE resident lockouts in this first hour... My god. Lockouts are a delicate situation, it's hard to explain security has no access to keys. The HOA has voted numerous times to keep it this way; the attitude is "fuck them if they lost their keys they're probably drunk or stupid as fuck, they can either pay $120 for a hotel, $350 for emergency locksmith, or sleep on the street". If these other mouth-breather security guards had been here guaranteed there wouldn't have handled it delicately or professionally. This security company might have lost this contract and been replaced with another. And I'm trying to keep this job of doing nothing forever, or at least until i leap off the roof

I'm serious about the sleeping on the street part too... One time two hoa board members saw a resident who locked himself out at 5am sleeping in a chair in the lobby. They brought it up and tried to get me in trouble saying i shouldve had him arrested for loitering lol


Stay away from condos especially if theres old ppl on the board there. They get deranged and start trying to hurt people financially or stress them in other ways for the sport of it and just because they nothing to do and they feel powerful doing it lol

Cause they give me 14.2/hr to do nothing, which is my life goal, and it's better than getting like 9bucks to flip burgers. And it's better than having federal way police show up in swat gear off the clock just to tell you to get the fuck out of federal way and do other threatening harassment or having to see twacks 24/7

It's $120 just to have the guy leave the house after picking up the phone


And you can't use some random ex-convicted residential burglar with a drill and a coathanger off Google they have to be licensed, bonded, insured, and approved by the hoa. And anyways most of those guys can't defeat the doors or the locks they try to drill out the spindle then charge $500. It can go rrom $80 to $580 real quick when they actually have to work, and it takes them 1-3 hours vs 5-30 minutes
