Although I eat really clean for the most part I still eat way too much and haven't really lost weight.
My plan is 1800 calories a day plus an hour of exercise. Gonna hit the gym and do cardio machines 4 days a week and do kettle bells the other 3 days a week.
Weight should melt off.
