Yesterday I made a giant bowl of salad with a grip of veggies, garbanzo beans, peppers, chia seeds, tossed it with avocado oil and only ate from that bowl throughout the day. 4lbs. lighter compared to yesterday morning (probably water weight) and I'm not even hungry after waking up today.
