I think I'm going to make a meatball sandwich. Should I use leftover garlic bread from dinner or some of the rustic sourdough I have in the house as well?

use both, use the bottom rustic sour dough the top the garlic bread then reheat it in the oven let the meatball soak into the rustic sourdough

Went with a cold meatball sandwich on rustic sourdough with a couple slices of provolone and some prosciutto I had in the fridge so threw that on there last minute as a stoned addition, good call. Very tasty. Couple handfuls of pepperoncini kettle chips on the side. Thank you BasedGod.
