My parents house still had a GIANT Kools ashtray on the deck cause my drunk ass brother picked it up outside of a bar and walked home with it haha. Shit is 20 something years old, still there serving a purpose. Not one person in my family smokes Kools.

It was Newports or nothing for me back then. Briefly started smoking with Marlboro Reds at like 14/15, pops smoked Winstons that I'd steel haha

For some reason i hated Kools... I think it was because Newports they actually mentholate the tobacco and its some super strong ass ultra carcinogenic ultra high nicotine tobacco... and cools was like some shitty light tobacco with a mentholated weird filter or soemthing, like those smooth weird filters like on camels that you cant hit really hard, i could be remembering it wrong

i used to smoke winstons when i was 15 you could get specials on them all the time think it was like $10 for 4 packs

Remember back then they ALWAYS had two for one deals too, almost every brand. I even remember getting a three for one deal on new brands. Pretty sure they outlawed those types of deals some years ago. Except for the shady convenient stores, those assholes would sell them individually, you could see the "not for individual sale" on the packs!

Newports were strong af that's true. My grandma smoked GPC ULTRA LIGHTS, shit was like smoking air lol. I had to cut the filters a bit just to feel it. Now days they aren't even allowed to say "lights" or "medium" etc anymore, only can use colors. Not sure how the hell that's helping anyone (you should be able to know if one brand has less nicotine then another if you want).
