I'm still renting, been too paranoid to pull the trigger on a mortgage and I'm not sure how much longer I want to live in this city lol

I got a great deal though, $1200 a month, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms (lol I have no idea why, but it's dope, probably turn one in to a home gym), 2500 sq. ft.

It's only like 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix too, which is prime location here.

jesus fuck, 1200 for 4 beds? j2500 sq feet? holy fuck man. 1200 is like a 2bedroom 800sq foot apt up here lol
