Like every other week people road rage on each other over the garage lol. People smash through there going 45+ then tail gate the fuck out of each other. The speed limit in tjere is 5mph lol

One time these two chicks road raged like 3 blocks away from here, ended up coming back here and one thought the other was trying to kill her. She drove through the garage then basically parked and ran up the stairs hysterically screaming for me to call the cops. Had to lock her in the break room then the other chick showed up a few seconds later saying she wanted to press harassment charges against the other chick. I calmed them down and no cops were called, they wrote angry complaints against each other though, one ended up moving a month after that lol

Mostly residents are really passive aggressive it's mostly complaints about cigarette butts or other debris falling on their decks from other people. Then there's almost always passive aggressive retaliation like they'll purposely throw their butts on that person's deck from then on. One time it lasted like 2 months finally the original complainer set up a camera then showed the footage of the person actually throwing the butt on their deck and they ended up getting fined and it stopped.

Ppl have gotten into fist fights in the garage i think 3 times, always like 3-6pm though when im nowhere around thankfully

Some lady complained about weed smoke for months on end, she had some firm come in to do smoke and airflow tests to prove the smoke was coming from that particular unit she suspected, and now she's actually suing the property and also the general manager here lol thankfully she moved. It was that psychotic Korean architect ive probably brought her up in the past

She was kinda weird though one 4th of July she called crying and said she wasn't going to make it home because of the firework show traffic and she left the door unlocked and to please make sure her cat was ok and not panicking and to see if it was fine then lock the door. I went up there and it was just sitting there in it's cat bed staring at me like "WTF?" this HUGE fat orange cat. Then i locked the door called back and told her it was fine and you could hear the relief wash over her lol fuckin weirdo
