Look... you don't care what I have to say, and you're going to do whatever you have planned anyway, but to me it looks like you're setting yourself up for failure. Your BMR Basal Metabolic Rate ie. what you burn just to sustain living, is coming in at an average of 2050 calories, roughly. Meaning even if you were to sleep without moving for 24hours, you'd burn roughly that amount of calories. Starting this new job, doing this light exercise, with little to no food energy coming in is stupid. You probably could eat up to 2500 calories with no shift in your weight at all, and possibly even a downward shift if sustained over time, especially since you probably don't own a car and you do a lot of walking.

What I'm saying is fuck it forget it man, lol, nevermind man.
I don't listen to what you say huh?

Look at that picture I posted. Look closer.

You see that? Thats the vitamin D you recommended me to get...

I don't know what the hell squash is, but I'll just assume it's koolaid, which is 60calories per 8oz. That's about a 24oz glass. So about a 500 calorie dinner to sustain: an 18 year old body that is still growing, traveling to and around school, traveling to a new job, working at a new job, plus cardio. Do you think this is going to work?

Ok... well, I think you need to be eating more protein, and you could add some fruits into your diet. They won't hurt your progress, in fact simple carbs from fruit will give you nice boosts of energy when you need them. Good luck... it's cool to see you getting a new job and working on improving your life. If you gotta go all out or nothing, well then that might be your speed. If you start feeling sick though or feel like you can't handle all these changes at once, there's no shame or failure in slowing down a little, and eating a little more.

Man I got the news a few days ago that one of my good friends from college smoked himself, I'm feeling horrible for his family and his girlfriend. This is maybe 4 or 5 years after I had to deal with the suicide of my childhood best friend. Shit doesn't get any easier, I'm not one to pray but I am definitely hoping they are smoking blunts and chilling up in heaven
