All of that sounds like it lacks strength...
just for that, im not posting up any pics of the whole fryer chicken im about to roast tomorrow. shits sitting in the fridge coated in salt so when i cook it tomorrow the skins going to get extra golden and crisp too

spring of thyme + a halved lemon + a halved onion + several cloves of garlic stuffed in the cavity, then sprinkled with pepper is how im thinking im going to prepare it. cant lose doing it that way; i want to taste the chicken not interfere with it
