Been watching some of the Russian card fights today, some interesting stuff (Troyanovsky v Cuenca was weird).
Did you catch any of the CW fights? Don't want to spoil it if you didn't. I haven't watched Troyanovsky Vs. Cuenca, I spoiled it for myself looking something up. Probably watch it later tonight.

Bradley easily beating Rios as expected. Only question here is will Bradley do something stupid late as is often the case with him. I'm sure teddy atlas will claim he completely retooled Bradley, but that's pretty easy with the human punching bag as the opponent.

Robert Garcia looked like he was in disbelief with Rios announcing his retirement. I'm not sure Rios is sincere with it, he didn't offer much of an explanation, but I also never thought I'd see him relent and take himself to the canvas like that.

I'm wondering if losing to the scales helped him lose in the ring. Either way, I don't think Rios was ever destined to compete at a higher level. But he's not even 30 yet I believe.

I'm happy to see Bradley get a stoppage after all these years, but he doesn't need to be in the same ring as Cotto or Canelo.

He's definitely way too small for Canelo, I can't believe they are even talking about that as a possibility. God, imagine Canelo beats Cotto and then fights Bradley for the lineal middleweight championship of the worst. My biggest fear coming to reality when Cotto beat Sergio.

Its never a good sign when fighters go into a fight saying they will retire if they lose and that's what Rios was saying . I doubt he stays retired but he should if he's going to put in these half assed attempts plus he's killing himself to make weight.

What has happened to Robert Garcia's stable? Rios done. Angulo done. Mikey Garcia? Who knows if/when he'll fight again. Chavez jr saying he wants to go back to Freddie Roach.

Impressive win by Bradley. Atlas lit a fire under his ass and the two seem to have a good vibe going on. I'm waiting to see the man fight again with Atlas in his corner.

As for Rios. Not much to say. It doesn't look like he has the passion so if it's gone the best thing to do is retire. He was never an A fighter anyway, doesn't have many losses, but it's time.

Seems to me its a good thing Rios is retiring seeing as hes just basically a punching bag for most good fighters. I remember years ago when fought Acosta he impressed me by coming back and beating the shit out him but i wasnt really paying attention to the part where he was getting dominated at the least the 1st 6 rounds.

Bradley is in one of those weird gray areas where its hard to tell how good he can do against the top fighters. Not really impressed by the win but ive always rooted for the guy to have success cuz he has heart and i like the way he approachs things, doesnt have a big mouth and is about business. Can get cocky at times in the ring but other then that hes a stand up guy.
