Just cut them in half and take 10mg doses throughout the day. That's what I did minus before the two concerts I went to. Speaking of those I only have like 4 10mg pieces left so probably gonna get two 200mg pouches next time. Still got all that chocolate though only ate maybe 30mgs worth so far of 300mg bar.
