this weapon + high luck is just ridiculous. it ends up kinda boring you just run around blasting people getting criticals with limbs flying all over the place pretty overpowered. pretty much like 80% of the weapons are overpowered lol you should play it on PC and heavily mod the game. it can get pretty intense like firefights with like 30 NPC's on the screen. i actually modded it way too much at one point had to scale down how fast i leveled to like 10% of normal

nah it just means your critical chance will be shit, and your skills might take longer to raise up, and you wont be able to pillage all the casinos for like 45k caps in like 1 hour or maybe at all if its lower than like 7 or 6

you need 6 luck for the better criticals perk too...
