Well tbh fam i ate some beef teriyaki earlier / yesterday with brown rice lol im just making up for the poor choice. I'll eat like 400 total calories and count the teriyaki as lunch and dinner for today. No idea how many calories a double beef teriyaki is i think it's 8oz of steak so maybe like 600 calories + 500 for the two cups of brown rice +150 for all the sugar amd oil and shit to make it teriyaki
