I have about 4 thow-wow for a used car to fuck with... options:
1. Lexus LS400
2. Infiniti Q45
3. BMW 3-series (1995 - 2002) 325i, 328i, 323i

I'm going for a 4 door this time, and don't want anything boring like MB, Honda, Acura ect - leaning to the Japanese V8's - Q45 gets almost 300hp, but heard can get fucking expensive with repairs, even though its Nissan its got a lot of custom components.

Save your money and lease something new.

We don't have that option in australia so take advantage of it there with $0 down.

Cars depreciate, worst investment. Leasing is the best option.

Wrong... I can spend like $3000, on say a LS400, with 150k miles. That car will easily last for 5yrs or 250K+ miles.

You get a lease... say $200 a month x 12 = $2400. I would be already netting positive after a 1.5 yrs. Plus I get to mob around in a plush modern classic.

Look at the difference in the car lol..
tbh fam, LS400 is a bench mark car of modern times - quality wise (cool factor is subjective, quality is objective). The 1UZ-FE V8 engine is one of the few engines that is FAA certified for aircrafts (so reliable you can throw it on a fucking airplane!). The years 1991-1998 they where breaking into the market to complete with S-Class, Toyota over engineered, and lost money on them - and where basically hand made, and individually inspected.

Show me similar value for $2500 - $3500.

You're basically renting a car and told how much you can drive it
Well lets say the car is 25k brand new

You pay $250 a month thats $3k

So you saved 22k and you will pay for a car regardless. With the lease you can get another car next year, brand new.

If you bought a hooptie for 3k and kept it a year, it will devalue and still be shit and probably break down.
