You also have to factor in, who has a 4k tv, some people cant even tell the difference between 720 and 1080 let alone know wtf 60fps is.

Once you see it though theres no going back. 30fps is so choppy and slow and laggy i can't even do it anymore. And consoles are 30fps under the best conditions its usually more like 22-24

PC High and Ultra definitely shit on PS4 though.
