He did what I do on GTA sometimes but in real life and just shot the person a bunch while they are already down and on the ground.

Looked like suicide by cop, if he wanted to shoot he could've done it as the cop was rolling up. You can't really see if he's still holding the gun as he's laying on the ground but after you can see his arm moving towards the gun and you know even if he had already dropped it at that point theyll say that "he kept reaching for it while he was on the ground" then use that little arm movement as backup. I want to see those other guys cams if they have them, it's hard to tell if the guy ended up shooting while they were struggling or if another cop shot him while struggling then he fell and dropped the gun and the guy just fired off on him on the ground. People are sick man i need a gun you'll never know if some psycho is going to try and take you out. It said he was hiding in some ladies car and pulled his gun on her what if you just came back to your car after grocery shopping and some crazy fuck was in there with a gun
