Do you have an offer sheet from when they hired you? If it says you're being hired for full time on the offer sheet that means you're full time regardless of the amount of hours you work in a week.

If you do have the offer sheet you can file a complaint with the department of labor.

Now they hired me as part time cuh.... but this week I would have been full time if I wasn't sick.

Another stupid thing is, if you wanna use sick days, you have to be out 3 days in a row and have a doctor's note.
