Where do you buy your inventory from?

I'd love to get an Amazon store started, just have no idea how to get enough product to be able to flip and turn a profit. Don't really know what will actually sell either.
I go to liquidators (going out of business sales), city library sales and clearance sales - thrift stores for unopened in package items. Garage sale is good for cheap video games and DVDs - I just make a offer for it all, and normally can get them for cents on the dollar. Its a lot of hustling tbh, you need a route and hit it up daily, and when you find a item you need to buy a shit load of them.

Packaging and getting to amazon, if you want them fulfilled prime is a hassle, but thats my wifes job, I do the product hunting - im better then #s and pulling the trigger on a deal.

long story short is deals are everywhere, just takes time learning how to spot them, and get idea of what sells, and is shit.

Used books is buy far the easiest way to get into amazon. Book sales at the library normally happen once a month. They have a bag sale on the last day, where you fill up the bag for $5 bucks, meaning each book is about 20cents, and if you choose right you can find least 10 bags worth of books you can sell for 8 to 15 dollars.

I bought this engineering text book at a garage sale for a dollar, had it listed on amazon for $75, it took about 3 months to sell, but thats a hell of a profit off a buck. Thats the best case. Most other times I get it was a dollar or less, and sell it for 10, and after fees make like 4-5 dollars.
