My rent just went up to $845 ($30 raise) but I got Dec/Jan electricity bill a few days ago and it should have been $120 because I've had my heat cranked all winter but it was totally free so I already offset the first three months of the raise in rent and that is pretty fucking cool.

Whoa you really mustve had it cranked. I was just complaining last month when mine was $58 that was the higest I've ever had it. I started paying attention to my heat this month its $38. I average about $30 a month

That would have been $60 a month which is about what it was last Dec/Jan too and then it will go down to like $90 for this month and March, then like to $20-30 the rest of the months until October. I pay bi-monthly. But yeah I do have to have it cranked because I literally have like I don't know 16 foot high ceilings? The electric heaters in the living room and kitchen do a good job of heating the place up quick but obviously use a lot of electricity to fill the room because of that.
