I worked my ass off the last few weeks, several nights in the office for 16+ hours, (& didnt even sleep on this past tuesday night) turned in my project list (completed) & I still think my boss is going to fire me... possibly today, if not in the very near future.

This dude is a good worker when he is focused and clean, has great potential but cant get his head out of his ass. Been trying to help him out as much as i can but his inability to get right is sooner or later going to reflect on my leadership. Going to bring in some news ese's , if i find a good replacement he is gone.

funny because i have heard this fat blob tell multiple people that he has a black belt which is SUUUUPER laugh worthy because I do not think he has ever been in a fight, much less ever taken more than 1 week in martial arts.

when my mom first got my brother & I started in Kempo when I was 8, because his mom & my mom are best friends, she invited him to go with us, he lasted a week & dropped out because he liked playing baseball more.

dude is like 5'7 300 pounds, zero muscle ...lol@ a black belt.

I even texted my brother right after & we had a quick laugh over that shit
