You'll see.

You may not like his music. It may not be for everyone , but i still slap messy marv old shit. And I'd like to see him sober up and start making solid albums again.

Naw, you right that is exactly what would happen and its a goddamn shame. People like Otis Boykin are REAL legends. He invented 25 electronic devices including the control unit for the pacemaker (yea he gave mfs wit no heart a way to keep living, imagine that).

I mean I respect the real legends of music too- its coo to show respect to them and appreciate what they did rap or street wise (getting beat down at your hotel room over not being legit don't qualify- maybe you have selective memory?). But at the end of the day a rapper is just somebody who usually talk too goddamn much fm.

When you're dead and gone what do you want to be remembered for? Drug addiction? Being a manchild? Those are just as forgettable as some Dr. Seuss rhymes or being a repetitive wannabe. The world is much bigger than the spec of space each of us take up.

I never said mess invented light bulbs or the DaVinci surgical robot nigga. I'm saying he is a bay area pioneer in the rap game. He made good music but got clouded with drug addiction and fell off.
He's been making music since the 90s. I don't care if you don't like his music breh. That dont change the fact.
