I've only worked in one bar ever so can't say for sure. But our customers are like 70% mexican and most of them tip and some really well. We only have like a dozen of teh blacks that come in and they mostly tip ok. One of my best friends is one of them and he never tips anywhere. I always try to embarrass him by telling the waitresses or bartenders to give him shitty service because he doesn't tip.
