Fa real... I just need it to get to Oakland and back... if it starts, and drives smooth its just a $1500 risk, I'm willing to gamble I get least few years from it. I've talked to a few people who said they got to like 400k miles with just normal oil changes and tune ups.



I like to cruise anyways, I'm not a race car driver, throw my stereo in it - and relax.

My dad still drives late 70's to late 80's Mercedes. Won't drive anything else. They last forever. He buys one every few years. His last one basically saved his life when he had a heart attack while driving, and slammed into a pole. If he was driving basically anything else he'd be dead.
