I had pig ears and jowls once. Ears were kinda whatever not a lot to eat on on them but holy shit did jowls rule. I'd try ox tail and probably pigs feet if they were cooked and not just pickled, I'm cool with that.

We're trying to figure out soil prices... Roots we might go kind of high, like regular retail price because basically nobody else carries it. Foxfarm I think we're going to go cheap just because everyone else has it. Trying to figure out that fine line between losing money and ripping everyone off Haha.
