What I like to do is I make a playlist in itunes, call it "new shit" and drag albums I download into and make sure they are tagged right, incase they load all separate, its a pain to gather them up to re-name.

Once in the playlist, I can select all the songs holding shift, then "right click aka 2 finger click" the song, go to "get info", and then fill out all the tags to my liking.

Remember to have same album artist, and if a comp or mixtape... chose the various artist box so it will group them together. Add covers by copy pasting the pics from google in the artwork tab. Double Disc albums, add field disc # in the info boxes.

Once you get the ins and out, itunes really is best way to organize gb's of media... I have terabytes of movies and music easily organized with covers, playlists, and genre.
